The Church Of God Scotland’s Annual General Meeting

The Church of God Scotland held their Annual General Meeting on Saturday 7th November in Perth Christian centre. It was led by Bishop Dennis Tanner the national overseer for Scotland.

The meeting was well attended with ministers and members of the various churches in attendance. Several new exhorter ministers received their certificates along with 1 ordained minister receiving his back dated certificate to march 2015. Bishop Neil Morrison and his wife Lesley received a special presentation for their 30 years service to the Church of God.

Bishop Neil also runs the accredited Institute of Christian counselling which runs courses on line out of a Glasgow based office. The Christian centre provided the large group with a superb lunch and at the close of business everyone joined in in fellowship. It was a blessed day with many good reports being received regarding the youth ministry and local church initiatives.

Dr Lindsay Wilson, COG pastor and minister of The Church at Home.
