Christmas At Freedom House Ministries in Kenya
Founder of the Freedom House Ministries in Kenya, Kathy Watson-Swift, is thinking about several hundred children in Kenya at a small remote village school that will have nothing for Christmas. School will be closed for the holiday, so no daily meals can be prepared. Kenyan government policy says Freedom House Ministries is not allowed to cook at the school during off time. What can be done to provide while school sessions are out?
The board of Freedom House Ministries, Inc. believes in prayer with hands extended. Just like they have done other years, they believe God for the answers. They have established a fund that will allow workers to provide a small amount of needed food and gifts for each family, and the orphans and widows. As Freedom House receives, needy will receive in Kenya.
Your prayers and support are needed to make it a reality. Join with them today in prayer that God will provide every need for 600 children and the four families of the workers. With God, nothing is impossible! This is His word, especially when it comes to the poor.
Thank you for trusting this ministry with your gifts as they continue the humanitarian help and equip another generation for the glory of the Lord. Your giving, large or small, makes a huge difference in each life. Lives have been transformed from despair to hope, because of the generosity of one donation. Nothing replaces the smile of a child!
Freedom House Ministries, Inc. was established in 1994 with the mission statement that speaks volumes: “Love never fails” (I Corinthians 13:8). This is the ninth year of educating and feeding children in the village of Lela, where Kathy once lived among the tribe of Luos.
